RAFAEL M. TORRES

In one capacity or another, Rafael and I have always been engaged in our respective communities.

We realized that we encountered similar situations when trying to help someone, or even when we personally needed to access a resource.

Our approach changed from just wanting to lend a helping hand to actively encouraging and reminding people of the potential they already possess.
