WEPA Empowerment Center is committed to assist individuals and households through education and workforce development that will empower them to become self-sufficient. The community will be enriched for future generations.

RAFAEL M. TORRES

In one capacity or another, Rafael and I have always been engaged in our respective communities.

We realized that we encountered similar situations when trying to help someone, or even when we personally needed to access a resource.

Our approach changed from just wanting to lend a helping hand to actively encouraging and reminding people of the potential they already possess.
